As we usher in 2024, some of Australia's top racehorses are set to make their comeback in the upcoming Group 2 Apollo Stakes (2400m) at Randwick this Saturday. The weight-for-age feature is poised to be the highlight of the day, featuring a competitive field of 10 participants. Additionally, the event will be a focal point, showcasing four black-type races along with a robust two-year-old contest.

Out of the 10 contenders confirmed for the Apollo Stakes, an impressive six boast the title of Group 1 winners. The esteemed list includes Think It Over, Cascadian, Arapaho, Lindermann, Fangirl, and Militarize. Additionally, the field features the presence of the notable import, Buckaroo, as well as Attractable, the victor of the Big Dance, and Navajo Peak, who secured a triumph in the Chelmsford Stakes.
