Sparta was left stunned again when Álvarez does a one-two with Simeone and then he calmly put the ball past Peter Vindahl Jensen.

Atlético stepped up a gear, and his victory was suddenly as good as done. Griezmann scored a fantastic 15-yard shot in the 70th minute to have his name on the score sheet.
