The release further elaborated that the motivation behind this development is to offer an alternative to conventional, universal language models and safeguard the collective intelligence of the Bitcoin community.
A spokesperson for The Spirit of Satoshi project has expressed that it is crucial to create an alternative to conventional, universal large language models, emphasizing the importance of a platform that can preserve and provide universal access to the entire collective intelligence and knowledge of Bitcoin to all.
The objective of this endeavor is to introduce Bitcoin to the next billion people through efficient and effective tools that can operate at scale while remaining impactful on an individual level, a process known as orange-pilling. As per the announcement, the model will be open-sourced in the upcoming weeks, with the entire Bitcoin community encouraged to participate in its training and fine-tuning.
